360 degree feedback
Appraisal 360, which is also known as multi-rater feedback or 360 degree feedback is a tool which enables you to improve at your work, lets you know what your weaknesses are and also informs you on how others see you. In the long run this can also help you get a better and improved job, as when you apply for your new job you will much stronger within yourself because you will not let your weaknesses show as you will know before hand what they are. This tool isn’t just for workers but it is something for the employers as they can improve their work organisation as well as their staff performance. The way 360 degree feedback works is by collecting a questions given to six different people about one person, once those questions have come back they are formed into a report, which will then clearly show the high and low points of a person.
