Property in Dwarka
Dwarka is the dream colony of the late prime minister of India Rajiv Gandhi which took nearly ten years to actually take off and now the prices in the new Dwarka area are skyhigh and still rising by the day. The roads in Dwarka are all well planned but in my opinion they are too narrow given the density of population this high rise colony can hold. Despite already showing signs of congestion Dwarka is gaining market value and every flat in the area will in my opinion give you 50% returns of your investment if done now. There was a massive slump in the prices back in 1999 but seven years later prices have recovered very well with comming of the metro rail which covers the whole of Dwarka very well and is accesible by trains in every sector. Delhi airport is in easy reach as well besides being very close to Gurgaon the MNC hub for jobs.
