Real estate in Delhi
In East Delhi real estate has really picked up in the last two years with comming of the metro line here. Delhi metro has canged the face of Delhi for ever and pushed up the real estate prices up by more then 150% in the last two years alone. The best thing about real estate is that I have never seen prices comming down in the long term although minor corrections do happen every now and then but they are very marginal and can be ignored if your investment is for a long term as the prices will pick up sooner or later as its a commodity with fixed supply.
