Real estate in Najhafgarh
I went to Najhafgarh yesterday to check out a few plots of land to buy for investment purposes and was surprised at the rise in pricves there which were not mote then Rs3000 per square yard and are now not less then 4000Rs and a 400 yards plot which I am after will not cost me a wooping 1600000Rs which would have cost me only Rs1100000 a couple of months ago. I would have bought it back then if I had the slightest os hint. ame is the story in Noida where prices are rising by th day.
I have finally decided to go for Aligarh where there is an airport comming up in the near future which in my opinion will push real state in the near future.
