The incidents of rape and molestation have become very common now-a-days. The case of the minors being raped is on the top. The age of these minors have been as small at 2 to 4 years. Women do not find it safe to move out of the house after 7pm.This clearly indicates how unsafe our Delhi is for our children. The migration of the labors and the other lower class from nearby cities to Delhi for work has created frustration among the class. They are away from their families and look for women around to satisfy there urges. There seems to be a nexus between the police and the Goandaism. Some times it is even difficult to log a FIR and the accused go scot free. These growing incidents have alerted the authorities.

When people are not able to bear natural children after several years of their marriage, they resort to adoption. But the process to adopt is not very easy and simple so at times couples go through too much in the process of adopting a child. Today celebrities are adopting children not because they can not biologically produce kids but they want to get a secured and good life to those who have been deprived of it. These kids have been abandoned by their parents or unwed mothers due to different reasons. Not only in Hollywood but you will find many celebrities in Bollywood too who have gone in for adoption like Sushmita Sen and Raveena Tondon.

All the hospitals and medical practioners have been instructed to provide to patient or to his kinsmen all the reports pertaining to him within 72 hours. The Medical Council of India directed immediate implementation of this circular. It is mandatory for all hospitals, clinics, doctors practicing around independently under the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission’s Order to handover the medical records within three days of request to the patient or his relatives. No ambiguity is there once all the records are given to the patient. It further enhances the relationship between the doctor and the hospital as per Davar, the former dean of J.J. Hospital. Under any circumstances as per MCI’s directions all hospitals have to abide by this order.

This has been a concern with the parents for ages now that how much pocket money is enough to be given to kids. Money has been creating difference in kids as some get good pocket money and some very less. Some parents feels that things are too expensive today so we much give them enough so that they re not deprived of small things in life. While there are few who feel that more money you give to kids then they will have access to things like cigarettes, drugs and alcohol. So they feel that kids should be given only limited money.

It has been an age old craze in India, to have a male child. Boy has been always the first preference of the parents and grand parents. This can be seen more in the business class, where people think that the male child will grow up and run the father’s business. Hindu also believes that if their last rites are done by their sons then they will go straight to heaven. But now time is changing and so is the mentality of the people. Today there is hardly and difference between the girl child and the male child. Girls are giving competition to boy in all the fields and making their parents proud of them.

I have two daughters, when my younger daughter was just 4 months, I met a neighbour who was about to become grandmother for the second time. She already had a grad daughter. Looking at my younger daughter she asked me that why did I not get the child checked in womb to see if it was a girl or a boy. I got very angry and told her with a straight face that I did not do so as I wanted a daughter again. After five months that old ladies’ daughter in laws gave birth to another girl. It has been one and a half years now and that weird old woman has yet not visited her daughter in laws house only because she has given birth to two girls. God please forgive the old lady as she does not what she is doing.

We all follow some religion. But have we ever thought what this Religion is? Does it mean to kill others in its name? Religion exists to holds people together. To hold their conduct. They why do we behave like butchers when it comes to religion! Religion means Dharma and the word Dharma is derived from the root DHR- to hold this world. But does holding the world means victory over bloodshed? Why is religion always misinterpreted? Religion is the eternal Divine Law of the Lord. We if practice religion then it should mean recognition of God going close to God and walking on the path he has directed. The path that would bring well-being to man, peace, self respect, self worth, patience, power to give and more. Religion today supports this world. The people are upheld by Religion. Religion leads to eternal happiness and immortality. Religion means attaining the Truth. So if you are talking about religion you are talking about the truth. Religion includes all external deeds, as well as thoughts and other mental practices which tend to elevate the character of a man. Religion comes from the Divine and leads you to the Divine.

Communication is one of the most important skill and aspect of our life. We spend most of our time communicating or talking. If we want to interact effectively with other and influence them then we first need to listen to them. It is only then that we can understand them. Most of the times we do not listen to what others have to say. We listen to them not with the intention to understand them but we listen with the intention to reply back. We are ignoring when others are talking or waiting them to finish. Though we may pretend to be listening. We are very good at selective or alternative listening. But there are very few us who are empathetic listeners. Empathetic listeners are those who listen with the intention to understand the other person. Here we listen with our eyes and heart open. And then we become influential. Only people who have good listening skills are able to make mark in their life.

No matter what happens we will never change. There are certain traits that we will carry on for ages. We will not only always recycle the gifts but also try and reuse the gift wrappers, gift boxes, stamps and not to forget, the aluminum foil. We will always arrive minimum one to two hours late to a party and behave as if it is normal. We will all name our kids in rhythms for example Dia and Ria, Sita and Geeta, Ram and Sham, Naresh and Suresh. All our children will have pet names like lolo, Bebo, Happy, Lucy, Dodo, Chintu, Chootu, Mini, Nicky and so on. We also have few people who will take care that their child’s pet name comes out straight from their real name like Vikram will always be Vicky, Dimple will always be Dimpy and Sanjay will always be Sanju. We will always talk for an hour standing at the front door after saying Good-Bye to the host or the guest. We load up our family cars with as many people as possible and will always use office car for personal work. We let the plastic covers on the new car’s seat for a long time. We use grocery bags to throw garbage. I thing which will always remain is the love for hindi songs, and this is something which has been a favourite for many indians and always will remain for years to come.
