I have also visited India about 14 times in my life I know about my relatives and who they are, as this is all due to my parents teaching me all this and taking me to India so that I know about my family and culture. From the same family I have cousins who only been to India once and they didn’t like it and I doubt it very much that they will ever go back to India, they don’t even know much about their religion or properly know how to speak Punjabi.
It’s not the child’s fault it’s the parents and their responsibility to teach their children.
