The world’s first DJ is celebrating his 90th birthday. Ron Diggins, from Boston in Lincolnshire, is the man widely credited with inventing the disco. He founded the art of the disc jockey way back in the 1940’s when he built the world’s first custom-made DJ console, the Diggola. “When I started out, the ordinary village halls danced to live piano and drums – that’s all”, he said. “If it was something extra special, they’d have a violin as well.” Ron, however, was not popular with everyone. “I wasn’t well liked by the musician’s union,” he said. “I was putting them out of a job.”

Utah search engine optimization

Saturday, March 31st, 2007

I would say there are hundreds of search optimization companies on the internet claiming to be experts and who gurantee top rankings or top three rankings but any one who is familiar with what search engine optimization is all about would know that they are all lying as search engines keep changing thier alogrythm so frequently that it has become an on going procedure as compared to a one time effort when search engines used to rely on webmasters information by reading the keywords and meta tags written by webmasters themself but that became so messy due to the ease of maniplutation that it was discontinued by all major search engines and then came the big daddy of all GOOGLE and it has changed things for ever and it now takes companies like utah search engine optimization company to keep you ahead of the competetion. They have been there since the good old days and in my opinion ten years is a long time in seo business and obviously gives them an edge over thier competetion.Highly recomended by a friend of mine so I will give it a go on my next launch.

There was much celebration at AIIMS after news about the order came in. “We are celebrating Holi and Diwali together and are happy with the Supreme Court order. The proposal was wrong to begin with and was aimed at creating a vote bank,” said AIIMS Resident Doctors’ Association vice-president Arnab Pal.

Welcoming the order, Ashok Singh, president, IIT Alumni Association, Delhi chapter, said:

“The only way to improve education is to remove corruption from the government-funded and managed schools and institutes. Let the elite show the way by sending their children to corporation schools to show their trust in their own education system. The need of the day is to strengthen the basic primary education for the backward classes. Many of the senior politicians run hundreds of colleges, why have they excluded them from reservation?”

Youth For Equality, a non-political student movement, said: “We welcome the move and are happy that the apex court’s decision which is both student and nation friendly. The Government has to admit that its proposal was politically motivated and did not take into account the fact that meritorious students did not stand to benefit from the revised reservation proposal.”
